Our staff are all OUR STAFF (we are NOT an agency). They are all carefully vetted to ensure that you will be happy to have them in your home. Infact, one of the reasons that the name HeavenScent was chosen was because so many of the customers have declared the staff to be ‘Angels’ J.
We Provide 3
different service levels:
REGULAR CLEANS – Removing the day to day dust and grime.
Includes cobwebbing, wiping horizontal surfaces (as that is where the dust collects), cleaning target areas on vertical surfaces (around door handles, lights switches, plug sockets, around sinks and hobs etc where the dirty handprints collect). Cleaning baths, showers, sinks and of course toilets (though some of our competitors apparently don’t!!). Pictures, mirrors, TV fronts, dusting ornaments, wiping furniture. Dusting accessible areas of skirting boards. Vacuuming everywhere (including the edges of course) and then mopping solid floors. I
THOROUGH CLEANS –

Some people might think of this as a ‘Spring Clean’, but we can do it at any time of year and our Spring Clean is even MORE thorough than this (see below).
Includes all of the above but we also use step-ladders to reach high shelves or tops of wardrobes and cupboards and to wipe clean accessible light fittings. We move furniture (that 2 staff can move without injury) to reach behind to as many areas of skirting board and glosswork as possible. We can clean ALL the tiles in your bathroom or kichen, ALL the cupboard fronts and ALL glosswork (not just the target areas).
SPRING CLEANS, IN-BETWEEN TENANTS CLEAN, MOVING IN or OUT CLEANS –Getting in ALL the corners J-
This is what we call it when you want us to clean INSIDE CUPBOARDS too. So, all of the aspects of a THOROUGH clean but including INSIDE cupboards, drawers, wardrobes etc. Essential if you are renting out a property, when moving into a new home yourself or moving out and wanting to WOW your landlord so that you get your deposit back. Also great for all homes every Spring, or anytime of year, really ‘Bottom – out’(!!!) the dust and fluff that’s been accumulating quietly in inaccessible places. Makes you and your home feel wonderful.
